David Gross's original concept for "Koff!" went through several changes on the way to the final printed sticker, altering the nature of the joke. In the rough drawing, the Off! Tropical Fresh Family insect repellent spray is parodied as "Koff! Asthma Fresh Family." The product billows from the can, causing the mother and son pictured on the label to gag and cough asthmatically. Meanwhile an insect, failing to be repelled, pierces the can to drink it; another insect vomits, and a third is using an asthma inhaler against the effect of the spray. Notations about changes requested by Topps are in the right margin.

In this scan of the "Koff!" painting, "Asthma Fresh" has been changed to "Rancid Scent," and the word "Family" has been dropped. The spray mist has been painted green as the note on the rough indicated. The product therefore is portrayed as something that is generally noxious, rather than asthma-inducing.

In the last revision, the insect's inhaler has been removed, and it is now also vomiting green liquid.

The Topps Vault sold the finished art for "Koff!" for $1,425.00 in an eBay auction which ran from November 1 - 8, 2005.

This version of the checklist was included in the second printing of ANS2 despite the switch from Cling to Magnet inserts.
